This bank as a whole is NOT worth it !
Worst wellsfargo bank ive visited in all my years. Took the teller 30 mins just to get through the car infront of me and unfortunately i couldnt pull out cause there was a car behind me. Took the teller 5 mins to return my id and card when i asked for it back. Didnt even get my money back that i requested and why would they even need to know your address when you gave them your card to withdraw money from your account!? Would not recommend this branch even if its the last option. Teller doesn't even seem apoplectic or show any signs of wanting to help out their customer. Jer smart remarks was uncalled for and unfortunately she also refused to give me her name or call a manager over so i can talk to him/her about the issue with the teller.
Great customer service even with Drive Thru!
There was some fraudulent activity on my account. I went through the process to get it back. They gave me a provision for a week and then reversed it. I did not make a donation to a charity in London but apparently anyone can hack your account and make a charitable donation and you can do nothing about it. This process has been long and it was a big headache and in the end they couldn’t protect me from these thieves. It has been one problem after another with this bank. It only took me 3 minutes to cancel my account over the phone and they didn’t even care. I banked with them for 7 years, good bye and good riddens.
