The installers were on time and ready to work. Everyone was friendly and professional. From planning to installation the office was willing to work to meet our needs.
The installer who came out was amazing. He really knew what he was doing and knocked the project out extremely fast. Took one day to get all posts in.. and another day to do the panels. The only reason I’m giving this company a 4 star is because I had to correct them twice on my credit card information. Somehow they kept saving another customers credit card to my account.
I did a self install. All product was accurate and priced appropriately. They were great to work with. Very responsive and quick to fill the order.
We had our fence installed less than a year ago, the wind storm on 6/6/20 blew down large sections of the fence - poles came out of the ground because they weren't dug deep enough. We are in a rocky part of town and had to pay extra because it was supposed to take extra time to dig the holes deep enough. No one else in the neighborhood had their fence affected by this windstorm - it should have been covered under warranty. We've been calling and sent a note on their website this entire month with no response. We haven't even able to even speak to someone about this - at one point I was willing to pay to have it fixed, just to get it done...still no response. We are still paying on the loan for this fence. After the initial install I noticed huge gaps under the fence where our small dog could easily escape. There are sections where the fence is clearly not secure. I'm actually surprised more didn't fall apart in the storm. After the fence was installed, because of the large gaps in between the fence and the ground, we had to create a mini fence with chicken wire to make sure the dogs couldn't get out which pretty much defeats the purpose of having a fence. I'm very unhappy with the quality of the work but more so with the lack of response received.
Vinyl Fence Connections has been very helpful in making me one side of my vinyl RV gate. I’ve had my vinyl fence and gate up for 22 years and the left side of my gate has broke and is falling down so Vinyl Fence Connections is building me a new one. It’s not done yet but so far I give them 5 Stars!
