Love my doctor, but this building is extremely difficult to figure out for regular doctor visits. They have switched some departments in to this area which means you have to not only I know exactly where you're going, but to maneuver through the building as well as parking ramps to get to the specific department or doctor's office you need to be at. It doesn't matter if you get your parking ticket stamped or not it's still going to cost you $4 to park on top of what you already have to pay for a co-pay or deductible. It's too bad they moved some of the offices or departments over to the hospital rather than keeping them at the clinic. It takes someone much longer just to park and then get to the right floor or even the right elevator and then to the correct department. In some cases you may need to leave at least an hour before your appointment depending on how familiar you are with the building or how busy it is as well as parking. I found it extremely difficult and confusing , in fact it took me longer to park and get to the specific Department then my appointment actually took. Would not recommend if you can avoid it, or have the option of going to a different facility. Not because the doctors aren't good but because it's a huge hassle Park and pay to park as well as dealing with finding your way through the building Etc. Unless, you have the entire day available to you and you're not in a hurry. Otherwise, plan on some delay as well as the regular paperwork they want you to fill out which is always the case, but don't give yourself 10 minutes. Especially, if you're going for a doctor's appointment that you only see annually. This review only reflects the convenience and parking not the care. It's the building itself being attached to the hospital and the confusion as to whether or not you're in the right building or area that you're supposed to be. If you're not it could mean a difference of being on time are being a half an hour late.

This clinic is a massive pain to deal with. When my wife's provider retired and needed to have documents transferred they have given us the run around on obtaining her records. Highly do not recommend.

Be warned! If you set up an appointment and accidentally say the wrong words during an appointment, they will bill you for it. It doesn't matter if the doctor was supposed to or not. They don't care. The doctor doesn't care. All they say is that the doctor isn't worried about billing.nnSo that means they expect me to be a healthcare billing expert and step in when my doctor tries to treat me and tell him no. I disputed the bill and they said the same thing.nnNever going here again if I can avoid it.
