Just the basics of the full version of Buffalo Wild Wings. Nothing fancy, but a place to get the wings you want and go.nnI updated it 3 stars from 4, because so frequently they don't put enough sauce on the wings and my wings only have sauce on 2/3 of a wing. I always ask for extra sauce on the side for that reason (since COVID-19 and the sauce bar is gone). They forget to put it in extra sauce if you request it every time unless you ask when you pick it up. They don't follow the special instructing on app orders, and if you get carrots or celery on the app, you will never give you what you order and will forget the ranch dip half the time..nnThere was even a time I was shorted two wings, but it was a BOGO Tuesday and we had more than enough wings.nnMy point is accuracy is a problem with this location. I know it is commonsense, but check your order before you leave. There is a good chance they forgot something minor in your order.

I keep trying to give this location a chance (convenience?) but someone needs to give these people some proper training. Kitchen looked like they were working hard, but zero orders were actually coming out. Tons of food stacked up, nothing going to anyone waiting. I arrived after my order was supposed to be ready and still had to wait 30 min and finally asked someone about what the status is. Someone who appeared to be the manager looked down at a stack of boxes and realized it was sitting on a counter (not even under the heat). I checked the temperature of the food before I left and the wings were ice cold so I told that same person who appeared to be the manager and she gave me such an attitude and then disappeared into the kitchen after telling someone to remake them. I did not get one apology or any kind of regard that it took so long. It's wings and fries, its wasn't complicated whatsoever. Got home and saw the order wasn't even right; I was supposed to get half boneless not all bone-in. I'm done giving this place any more chances.

Don't recommend getting doordash from this location, 3/5 of my last orders have had the wrong items in them. Due to dietary restrictions i have a very limited selection from their menu and its just crushing when i have to throw the food away because i can't eat it. I recommend picking up and double checking you got the right thing if you're going to order from here

Stopped in only because they were open for dine in service.nService was great, inside was clean, following all protocols.nWings were small and dry. Maybe overcooked. I can do better at home but wanted to go out. I wont be stopping atnB Dubs Express again.

Worst Bdubs ever. They dont even shake the chicken they just poor the sauce on top in the box. Making the boxes sticky and the chicken half covered. Also I have never been here and had a good customer experience.
