Good people inside, not so good outside.
I had a feeling so I put the new coin machine to the test. Eats everything including international money without spitting anything back, or adding it to the total. I would make sure to really separate everything well, and precount.
Curtis was extremely helpful. Had some questionable charges on my account and he took care of it quickly.
I went in and requested overdraft protection however yesterday more than $100 had been taken out of my Checking and Saving account ? I have been requesting overdraft protection since I’ve been banking with TCF and they KEEP LYING TO ME SAYING; you have overdraft protection now: When clearly I don’t????? I will be going in today to close my account sad part is I was helped by the branch manager.
