Most ridiculous customer service I have seen in my life. Girl name Meraj who is a customer service is the rudest individual I have ever been. Also Derrick the branch manager is worsted then her. I do not know where they find these people with zero talent and customer service skills. Will never do business with them again.
Nice people, long line times. If they make a mistake, they offer to waive fees and are very understanding about circumstances.
Over all I'm a Wells Fargo fan but this location is terrible And doesn't seem to care about customer care. I dropped in to get a temp bank card for my business 2 times now. Both times they were sitting around and not servicing customers and I'm not talking about the tellers I'm talking about the bankers. And demanded I set up an appointment even though they got nothing to do sitting around. I have a business to run I don't have time to make appointments. I need a card to operate my business with. They're using this virus as an excuse to sit around and do nothing. It's pretty sad to see people act like this.
Very poor customer service I needed a check. but I haven’t get them good respond. than their bad attitude bush me to take all my balance in one time. I thought that I will deal long time this bank . I hope they go classes of customer service
I have called to speak with a banker and they told me to come and after I drove 10 miles to get to them they told me is by appointment only.unprofessional!
