Pet Supplies Plus

I typically don’t write reviews but I really had a wonderful experience today (like always at this location!) that felt noteworthy. I work for a pet hospital with a great discount through petsmart but have stayed loyal to Pet Supplies Plus in Crystal since 2015 when I adopted my sweet kitty and continued since adopted my bun as well. I’ve always had a great experience. I double checked my receipt but I believe I had a team member named Hannah today who went out of her way to give me some awesome bunny advice I never knew in the last 4 years of having my bun. You’d be surprised how much these associates know, I didn’t expect to get such great advice and felt bad even assuming it’d be a long shot to ask. But was given wonderful knowledge about what food may be best for my bun with a sensitive stomach, and what treats to stop feeding. Hannah was so wonderful to me and made my stop in for bunny food one to remember. Thanks so much, Hannah, for going out of your way to give me wonderful advice! ud83dude4fud83cudffb

Highly highly recommend making this your loyal pet supply store. They consistently go above and beyond for their customers and I continue to shop there for everything. During COVID, I have been ordering for delivery and pickup more often. Each time I do, I get a handwritten card and often samples for my cats! This is the definition of a great customer experience. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and I love supporting them. You should too!

Lydia was the employee that helped my family. She is so very nice and helpful. Not to mention very knowledgeable about bearded dragons which was the reason for our visit. She mentioned how much she loves her job and I think this is amazing.

Crystal Pet Supplies staff are always willing to help and answer my question. Super friendly. Prices are decent. Recommend
