I liked PIP a lot better when they actually had people helping us before and after an appointment. Now they only send a vague email about getting your info on the “children’s clinics” website.nNo mention of this from a person, no information about how to set up an account to access your information. Not. Helpful. Terrible change in customer service.

I have been extremely challenged finding the right doctor for my daughter ever since moving here 7 years ago. After trying multiple clinics, doctors and having a lot of challenges, I was so fortunate to have met Dr. Cathy Chadwick at the Plymouth Clinic. It was total luck that we met her during a Ready Care visit over a year ago. She is extremely professional, compassionate and takes the time to get to know her patients. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Chadwick and her extpertise at being a wonderful Pediatrician. Thank you Dr. Chadwick for all you do!

We have been coming to PIP Plymouth since our son was born almost 2 years ago. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr Jennings is fantastic. She always takes time to listen and we've always felt like she's genuine. She explains things well and never talks down to us, regardless of how dumb our questions are. We use the Ready Care walk-in quite a bit as well. We rarely have to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes despite not having an appointment. Everyone we have seen for Ready Care has been great. We highly recommend PIP and have referred friends and family.

I wish I could give less stars. I unfortunately never followed up on this incident and I should have. The pediatrician we saw here was amazing it was the lab technician who was ABSOLUTELY terrible. It was my son’s 12 month check up and the lab tech came in to do a finger poke. My son didn’t cry at all at the initial poke but as she started squeezing his finger to get the sample he started screaming bloody murder. It wasn’t until she left the room until I saw that she had dug her nails into his skin. He had marks on his arm for over a week!! I was SO upset. I opted for the lidocaine cream for his other vaccinations he was getting that day. After the finger poke the lab tech came back in and I pointed out what had happened to his arm. My poor son was terrified of her at this point. She should have had another tech come in to do the other vaccines because she could tell how upset I was and didn’t seem remorseful at all. Then I watched her carefully for the next 4 vaccines he was getting. If you haven’t had the cream before you can see an obvious red spot of where it was placed so you know what area is the numb part. This same lab technician missed EVERY single spot. To me this seemed intentional. Anyway, horrible is an understatement. She shouldn’t be working as a lab technician for children. Avoid this place if you can!!

Went to this office for a vaccine one time and the nurse wiped her nose on her glove right before sticking a needle in my arm.nnAlso service isn't great.nnAdded a star cause Dr. Mettille is great.
