PIP's scheduling is such a mess. Between all their locations, schedulers for each location and MG being temporarily turned into a sick clinic they can't keep track of their appointments. Schedulers are rude and unapologetic for their mistakes. If you have a newborn, I strongly suggest you find a different clinic.

We switched from Park Nicollet and we’re so happy we did! I’ve been happy with every doctor there, always able to get in quickly, and they’re very organized. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. We love them!

The wait in line took minutes. Checking in was very fast and they got us into a room asap. We didn't wait very long for the nurse and the whole process was very fast. Wonderful experience
