U.S. Bank Branch

Had my wallet stolen US Bank was very helpful especially this branch with the COV it was the only location to go to I’ve had the pleasure of working with Connor now for about three years I don’t know his last name but he really Help me like a professional his team over there is second to none I would recommend opening an account at this location if you want to be in good hands thanks Connor you are a Stud!

I’ve had my mortgage since 2012 never missed a payment never had a late fee. I’ve always paid inside of my grace period. Starting this year they call me once a month before the grace period ends and treat me like a credit criminal. “This is an attempt to collect a debt” and then ask all kinds of invasive questions about why I can’t pay even though I always do and even though I’m still in my grace period. It seems like they don’t like the low rate I have so the want to pester me to see if I’ll re-fi. If you don’t take care of your good customers eventually you’ll loose them. Something tells me they don’t care about my business because I have a super low rate and rates have gone up. Well rates go up and rates go down but people remember how they were treated. I didn’t know who my loan got sold to. If I had a choice I probably wouldn’t have used US Bank. They don’t keep their promises. I learned in the past with a business relationship I had with them they don’t keep their promises or back you up even if you’re a perfect customer. It’s a very one sided relationship. I feel bad writing this about the branch because they have been helpful. This review is more about US Bank as a company than the branch. The branch employees have been helpful in trying to figure this out. I just don’t like being harassed when I have paid as agreed.
