Just picked up a to-go order. The order was wrong. I called the restaurant to let them know and was told I could come back to get the missing fries or go through their online vendor to get the order corrected. I was repeatedly told there was nothing they could do even though I said they were losing me as a customer.nnAbsolutely no idea of what customer service is.
Very poor experience. Was highly suggested by our friend group so we tried it for lunch and had quite the disappointment overall.nnCame for lunch at 12:20 to no wait (nice) and were sat in a booth section. Our server was either new or inattentive. Waited 20 min for drinks, 45 minutes *at lunch* for HALF our entrees to come out lukewarm. 10 more minutes for a 3rd entree to arrive and an additional 10 (for a grand total of 65 minutes) for our last plate to finally reach the table after requesting to speak to a manager. Nobody enjoyed their breakfast plates (×3) and the burger I had was fair at best.nnTo be fair to them, they did comp our ticket. I don't know what else they could do at that point. the food was subpar at best and I don't feel like our experience was unique.
the drinks were strong but the food is expensive like a cheese burger was $14 so we had 1 drink no food a.d left
Tyler is an amazing person and I really enjoyed my experience here. Very inviting and enjoyed our time here! Will definitely be back, staff is really nice.
Service was nice enough. Love the Happy Hour deals-the apps were pretty good, but our food was pretty bad. My BLT was dry with extremely rubbery bacon and the turkey melt was very dry.
