I thought this location was extremely accommodating. It has a more open floor plan then other locations, and the employees were very helpful. Honestly, I would recommend and shop at this specific store just based on the layout of the different departments and the aquatic area.
This location has a wide variety of different pet food and supplies. The employees hang out in the back of the store. Except for the 1 employee who is running the cash register. I only came into the store because I was in the area and my cat needed food. I will stick with shopping at PetSmart. Because their store doesn't smell like a jungle and the employees are more friendly.
The customer service I received in aquatics and at the register was top notch. I even had help from a customer while searching for toe nail care products. Customers are happy and so is staff!!
Good selection of cat food and litter, I would guess the same for dogs. I love the Pals rewards program. I have 3 cats, so buy a lot of food and litter and build up credits fast!
I really enjoy shopping at Petco! I like the wide range of products there for my cat and I like the helpful attitude of all of the staff at the Petco that is right by me, with a great manager and all of the people working for him. Everyone there cares about our pets, too.
