It would be nice if the website said they were closed due to covid 19. It took us an hour to get there just to find out they were closed. Otherwise the gentleman on the phone was very kind and helpful
David went above and beyond to help us over the phone to figure out the correct length and width of the boot we needed. Highly recommend ordering through this company, nothing but excellent customer service!
Holy smokes, my order arrived fast! I ordered on 7/7 and the box was here 7/8! Excellent shoes, too. My partner has trouble finding shoes that fit his feet. These are excellent quality and are the best fitting shoes he's ever had! We will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.
This company provides a grand variety of footwear that caters to most any foot condition. I initially purchased the SKU 7200, SKU 791 and SKU3800 dress sock. Of these, the dress sock drooped a bit (perhaps order a smaller size?). The other two have been outstanding, even after six months of washings (FOLLOW THE LAUNDERING INSTRUCTIONS). Never before have I worn a better sock. Customer service is second to none, and FAST shipping.nA word to the wise: carefully read the return policy prior to ordering socks!
Fantastic operation! I was having difficulty selecting the correct boot and size for my big, wide feet. I called them up, answered a few questions and ended up with boots that fit perfectly. 10/10, highly recommend.
