I left a review a few years ago, but needed to update this. I received a gift card for several full days of doggy day care. I bring my new pup Vega in once per week, and this place is a godsend! She’s always wound up when I pick her up, but as soon as I get home she passes out. She’s happily exhausted from playing all day, and I get an evening where I don’t have to keep her entertained all night and get get some work and cleaning done!nnI can’t recommend this place enough. The staff is great, the facility is welcoming, and I’m loving the fact that it’s local and I can support it. Thank you!nnFriendly staff that are extremely knowledgeable. I'll be back for sure!
My dog is treated gently here! This is a high quality, caring establishment with well trained staff. I trusted them with my elderly ill dog, and my rescue pup. My dogs return home without being traumatized by grooming. They do training, grooming, daycare. They have quality products to sell as well.
This is the most favorite place of my dog Luci. One time she got off to the car so fast that we ended up losing her leash and she just run to the door and wait for us to open it so she can go inside. The staffs are friendly and they’re very attentive. I know my dog is in good hands.
Best ever! Most reasonably priced than anywhere. Definitely making you my only grooming place. Thank you all so much, friendly staff! Sammy was prancing and frisky walking home. He knows he looks great.
I was very excited to bring my dog (Goldendoodle) here after reading rave reviews. We had to wait a month to get in due to the demand, but we felt this spoke to the quality of service. I brought my pup in and the owner (Lisa) assured me that my pup was in good hands. She asked me if my dog had ever had professional grooming before and I told her that he’s received grooming from PerSmart in the past. She told me that that didn’t count and that we were in for real service. I trusted her and had high expectations. I picked up my pup 4 hours later and found she had completely shaved his ears due to matting, which I can understand. But his head was also unevenly cut. It was obviously lopsided. His bottom half was longer which made him look oddly proportioned. Also his nails were bleeding from the nail trim. I didn’t have time to think twice because I was leaving town that day and needed to drop my dog off at grandmas. When I returned 3 days later I found he developed an ear infection. He’s never had an ear infection before. We are extremely careful to keep his ears dry during baths. I completely feel this was a direct correlation with his grooming. I’m just really disappointed that my dog did not receive the quality of care that was promised.
