This is the place to go for quality pet supplies. A bigger selection of truly good food brands than you’ll find in the bigger chain stores. Krissy was very helpful, especially when it came to nutrition and selecting the best fit for my animals. The rewards program is also definitely worth coming back for.
This was our first time doing a curbside pickup at this location and it was a very quick and easy process. The staff person Krissy was so helpful as we placed an order over the phone and she congratulated us on our new furry family member. We have shopped at this store for many years pre- pandemic and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful!
The staff here is very knowledgeable. There is a very wide selection of high quality products. The layout of the store makes it very easy to find what you're looking for. I've been here many times and have always had a good experience.
They have a delivery service through uber that is super convenient! I called the store to place a large order and got awesome help from Devin, who answered all my questions helpfully. We needed a few recommendations, and he gave us solid ideas, including a new toy that my puppy LOVES. We had a pretty big order, and Devin was super patient and definitely made me want to keep supporting Chuck & Don's. Thank you!
The best staff! Knowledgeable, helpful, and they all clearly love pets and want the best for your pet too. I took one star off just because this is a smaller store and so the selection for toys and other accessory items is fairly small (the food and treat selection is huge, though). Everything else is top notch! I also really like how they partner with rescue orgs to fundraise and raise awareness. And they're always ready with a treat when I bring my dog in!
