The store is designed and organized in a way that makes shopping very difficult. Clothing racks overcrowd the store- you can barely move in the space in between the racks. Once I worked through the disaster of a walk space. I struggled moving or viewing the full product hanging up because way to many were in racks. The store was over crowed and there appeared to be no employee monitoring crowd control.
I was in the mall earlier and saw a cute hoodie In this store that I wasn’t sure I was able to buy until 9:00pm. I came back up to this Rainbow store at 9:20pm and their store closes at 9:30, however, they shut their doors, indicating they were closed but in reality they closed 10 minutes earlier than they should have with a few customers inside. They would not let us in for nothing, they just ignored us. I work in retail at the mall of America anyways and know for a fact that you are not suppose to close 10 minutes before you’re suppose to. This is a great place to shop for clothes, they just need better customer services.
Many cheap good quality clothes. To much stuff tho the lady couldnt find what I wanted and nothing was organized.
Not ADA complient at all. Too packed!
Loved this store for children's othing did not care for the adult clothing choices
