Chain store in an outlet mall
Same as South/West St. Paul (Robert Street) Famous Footwear. I thought they could launch the email and texts for deaf friendly communication if deaf customers or me can contact about the issues of orders (if I could not able go pick my order up and I can contact to ask Famous Footwear to change “Pickup” to “Delivery”.) There’s no negatives, just suggest the ideas.
Love that store..found work shoes reasonably priced and shoes r very comfortable for me being ony feet all day
Very crowded. One lady wasn't wearing her mask at all. She didn't even have one. Check out is slow. We got our shoes and got out of their.
Stopped at famous footwear today on a trip through the metro area the selection was great and the customer service was very nice both employees were very helpful and polite to talk to. Definitely worth stopping and checking out what they have buy one pair and get the second pair at half price you can't beat that I don't think they do that on Amazon
