It is always a great experience at Chuck and don's. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely care about your pets and want the best for them. I have asked many questions of the staff and I always get a good idea or direction. The items I need are always in supply and I can find them relatively easy in the store. The prices aren't the cheapest around, but the quality is far superior to other places and you won't get the experience anywhere else.
I love the amount of products packed into such a small store (for dogs, specifically). It's very rewarding to just browse here and hone in on what you need - a much better experience than shopping at a Petco or Target, IMO. I didn't do any direct price comparisons, but the prices seemed reasonable. I will probably begin buying dog food here as they have a great selection and rewards program.
Fantastic service and variety of feed for animals. Abby was very intuitive and passionate about proper nutrition for animals, and was well versed in all the companies she showed me. Best place to buy your pet food!
Very friendly, helpful staff! They answered all of my MANY questions as a new dog owner, and didn't make me feel bad for my lack of knowledge. Would recommend every time!!
The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they carry. They have a great selection of cute toys and accessories. They also have a wide variety of quality cat foods!
