Horrible process!!!! I recently opened a savings account and found out my account was froze when I tried to pay my bill. I called US bank, they said I need to sign the signature page, which I already told US bank the link sent did not work. Account still frozen, US bank sends paper copy in mail, I sign it and take it into the US Bank branch on Grand ave in St. Paul MN. I call US Bank the following week only to find out my account is still frozen and US Bank signature department is stating they haven't received my paper still and tried calling US Bank on Grand but never got through. Meanwhile I have money in my account to pay my bills but cant and now I have late fees for my bill not being paid. US Bank is horrible. So I just closed the account!!! This branch deserve NO STARS

DO NOT GO THIS BANK FOR HELP I had unknown overdraft charges so I called into the grand ave location the lady that tried to help me kept giving me the run around and telling me rhat I had to make the account positive before she could help I had to call my old location on surburban Avenue and as soon as I did instantly resolved the lady that answered they was kind and understanding that I was upset that I was getting overdraft fees back to back and at least she didn't hang up on my

Uses covid as excuse to unhelpful to polite customers. Entire bank was empty and they wouldn’t let me cash my check inside /get cash back cuz I need a appointment? When the place is empty and clearly they could have done a walk in appointment. Have been using US BANK for over 4 years disappointing to say the least. PS ATM is out of service

This branch has the friendliest tellers I’ve ever encountered. Every morning I use the drive-through for work deposits, and I’m always welcomed with a smiling face. It makes the mundane task going to the bank pleasant, and I always leave feeling a little bit happier. 10/10 staff
