My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Hazelwood. We were able to get a reservation and come in within 30 minutes for dinner on a Wednesday evening. Parking was easy in the ramp adjacent to the building.nnMy husband enjoyed their cocktails. I thought the calamari was good. They’re not as chewy as at other restaurants. The fries that came with the burger were also good. I got the Mediterranean angel hair pasta, it was fine but I’m not sure I’d get it again. I would definitely come back to try other items on the menu. Our server was also attentive and kind. We sat inside next to the window facing the outdoor patio and the patio seems like a great place to have a meal in the evening. They do a great job of blocking the parking ramps with their twinkle lights.

The female host was friendly and kind, the male host who sat us gave us an impressive and outstanding introduction when seating us. Never seen an outstanding host as I did today.nThe waitress was great, knowledgeable, and friendly. I didn’t read the menu correctly as I was disappointed at my own choice I saw the shrimp and scallop and I read “wood grilled” instead of wood fire clay pot (my head was somewhere else). However, the shrimp and scallop dish still tasted a little blend. I wouldn’t recommend that dish unless you’re looking for sides feeling dish. I felt like the dish was the taste of sides instead of a dish. It may be different per person, but it honestly didn’t taste like a special dish for me. Nevertheless, the service was outstanding starting from the host, to all of the wait staff that helped us. I loved Brooke. Brooke’s personality and work ethic was amazing! The banana cream pie was good! The size is good if you have 4-8 people, but it really depends if you eat a lot or not. To me a bite is good enough! But that’s just me.nnI love that your restaurant have an awareness on the environment.

Had a trip in MN and was in a hotel right next to the Hazelwood restaurant and I’m glad I did! I had a reservation so I was seated very quickly. My server, Chris, was absolutely phenomenal. He was quick, attentive and answered all my questions I had. The rotisserie chicken was extremely tender and played perfectly with the sides. I also had the bread pudding which is hands down the best bread pudding I’ve ever had. If you are in the area at all, I highly recommend stopping by and giving it a try!

This place never disappoints. I usually stay at a hotel that is close to the restaurant and as a result go there a lot. The food has always been fresh and incredibly flavorful. The best part is they have a lot of healthy options that make me feel like I am over indulging, but its just great tasting healthy food.

A great place to go if you are staying nearby. Lots of good cocktails and all the food was fresh. My tuna poke bowl could have been a little better, maybe marinate the tuna or put the dressing on it. Service was really nice and friendly, they were super busy but still managed to make us feel important.
