If I could leave zero stars, I would. Think twice before going to U.S. Bank and in particular, the Eagan branch. I dealt with Steve Donarski, their AVP Branch Manager, to obtain a medallion stamp recently. He mis-interpreted the US Bank rules forced me down a rabbit hole to obtain what he said was mandatory to complete the process. After talking to the county to get the documents he told me I needed, Dakota County said they had no idea what Steve was talking about. To make matters worse, I took the exact same documentation package to a U.S. Bank in St Paul and got the medallion stamp in about 10 minutes. So not only was Steve rude and unsympathetic, he is incompetent.

ATM inside was out of service. Drive through ATMs were in proper working order.

Places are supposed to be open as of monday may 18th. The website says this is 1 of 3 banks open, drive here and there closed to appointments only?
