I walked into the First National Bank in Baxter Minnesota and walked out blown away. The service is unparalleled to anything I've ever experienced. Usually I walk into banks leaving with a headache; this time I was leaving headache free with a complimentary dum dum! Shoutout to Dave and JP Elsentpeter's for helping me out. Great service and even better people.

The staff as far as the clerks and the administrative assistant up front are great people, and are always polite and kind. As far as either the office manager or whoever he is, he’s rude. One of his clerks made a mistake by giving me money out of someone else’s account and I started making payments, we never signed anything saying when the payments were due or when the debt would be paid back and this man has the nerve to call me and threaten me by saying he’s report it to collections.. I questioned the balance in the first place but almost everyone in that office who could see all of my transactions and balance insisted that the balance was correct and I could withdraw my balance..
