The atm at this location malfunctioned and when I approached the teller inside she said I had to call a number but handed me her managers card, Drea Winters, to assist with the over draft charges I’d have since my deposit couldn’t be completed.nnAfter calling the manager and branch twice, I was told a manager would call me back. Now I already had to wait a week for my $250 deposit to go through and now I have to call over and over and for days on days to get my money back ? How unprofessional and shame on you. You’re literally dealing with peoples lives, show some respect for your customers.nnI like US Bank but stay clear of Hugo. They’ll take your money and never help to get it back.
