Well they did have a good selection... Customer service was kind of meeeeh. I know there is a pandemic going on but what happened to at least saying hello when a customer walks in? I was in the store for 45 minutes deciding on what to get and had to change my mind based on sizes not available or fitting me right... Fist contact I had with an employee was when I went up front to pay.

Shoes are good and look neat. Way too expensive for shoes I can go get from meijer for way cheaper. Friendly people. No help offered tho.

This place is great. This is my second time in here. I love love the selection. I got myself shoes and my boyfriend got his too. They are top quality shoes. The staff took excellent care of us. They will always be our shoe store.

They have no selection. I am a previous employee of this store and it was a complete mess. There was one employee that was helpful and friendly. I cannot remember her name but I would have been lucky to have her on my team. This company is a complete joke. Their management team has beyond attainable goals they wish you to reach. The management only puts their efforts into new stores and the ones that are successful. They need a better training program so all of their stores can be profitable. I wish things would have gone differently when I was there but when you have no support and you also have to fight while someone else is trying to sabotage you and using you as a scapegoat for a failing store and you are constantly railroaded into the ground without the proper materials to have a smoothly run store, it makes it difficult to go into work everyday and have a positive winning attitude that you can give back to your team. I am absolutely disgusted as to how the company is run and I would give me great pleasure to see them close their doors forever. Ordering shoes from other stores because you don't send enough to have the building full of product doesn't make the customer happy.
