I recently went to find some sandals with good arch support. While I have been trying to maintain social distancing I also can’t completely avoid buying things and shoes are hard to pick out online.nnHowever, the staff of the store made me feel completely unsafe and completely ignored social distancing actually approaching me when I tried to get away from them and we’re not wearing masks properly (one of them holding his the whole time).nnI am did up quickly leaving without buying anything or even trying on a single pair of shoes.

Terrible! Rude staff needs training in customer service. Product lines are excellent.

If you want the best shoes available and you don't want to go to 4 different stores in the mall this is where you want to go. Expert service, quality products. If they don't have your exact size they will order it in, only 2 weeks lead time for the American made brands, 3-4 for the off shore I believe. The few dollars you may save buying good shoes on line will cost more in the long run (pun intended), after you return them for the right size. Or settle for what you get and ruin your feet!

They do things the old fashion way here and it was a very pleasant experience. I sat in a chair while a salesman put on every shoe for me to try on, laced them up, and was extremely patient with me. They have a very good selection of orthopedic shoes.

A terrible experience. If there was a minus star I would give them that, but since there isn’t, I have spread the word far and wide, particularly my orthopedic surgeon’s office, the physical therapist and the CORE institute across the street at Providence Park. I went in there to see about getting orthopedic shoes. There was NO ONE in the store. I waited before this older guy with glasses (don’t know if he was the manager or owner but he needs to find something else to do) came out from the back. An unsmiling, unhelpful man I have yet to meet..he made very little attempt to help me and made 2 very RUDE insinuations which guaranteed that I would never return and share my experience. He suggested I wasn’t able to afford the prices ( because I am potter and went straight from the studio so granted, wasn’t dressed in high fashion) and was derogatory about “my sort of people”, yes, I admit I am non-white but that gives him absolutely no right to be nasty. He wouldn’t even help me try anything on and I was so disgusted anyway, I left. What an awful experience. I saw reviews in Yelp about this (Novi) location later and saw that he was universally disliked and is the reason that this place gets a terrible name. Had I seen it earlier I wouldn’t have stepped foot in the place.
