Clerk was very nice and informative when asked about my new work boots, I love them. If I'm going to spend $200 on something for my feet, it best be quality. Did my research, no complaints here, love em!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED RIGHT. I went in about 2 hours before close and asked for a size 7 steel toe and the guy working told me they don't have any boot smaller than an 8. I asked if I could order a pair and he told me they don't make anything smaller than an 8. I left and went the Livonia store and and had amazing service. he didn't have my size and called 8 different stores to help me find the size I needed. Brighton had them and was extremely helpful. Livonia and Brighton stores both get 5 stars from me Novi gets 0
Went in to get another pair of king toe boots, purchased 2 in the past month, one for work and one for working on my farm, wanted another pair for riding but wanted soft toe instead of composite, she told me they don't make them, I told her I had them in the past and she just responded, they were discontinued. I asked her if there was anything else I could get that was similar, she just said no. This bothered me for about a week so went on there website and boom, first boot under soft toe was the boot I wanted. Very poor customer service and will not return to this store again
Ordered a pair of boots in store on 10/31. The order didn't show up on my card until 11/6. I called on 11/14 and on 11/21 asking where my boots were and both times they told me they didn't see the order and when I told them I'd been charged they said they found it but it wasn't in yet. It is now 12/1 and I still have not heard anything from them. It is looking like I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company since they will not do anything to fix this.
Terrible service. Came in last night with my fiancé looking for a thermal pair of Irish setters. The dude had an attitude from the moment I walked in. Like he didn’t want us to be there. As I tried the boots on & asked questions, he sat there like a hawk (staring at us ). Saying “yup” after every question.nI think the dude had something up his a** honestly the way he was acting - or he just really doesn’t like his job. I will bring my business elsewhere. I would also have a chat with that young man if he decides to continue in retail sales. He won’t sell a damn thing with that attitude.
