Very unhappy with my experience. I bought several items in store to wear at my grad party only to find out later that night that all the items I had bought were nearly half the price online. So, I purchased the items online also in hopes that they would arrive before the grad party and I could return what I bought in store, but because of covid (I think) the items took longer than expected, and I was forced to wear the clothes I bought in store. I had hoped that I would be able to return the items I bought online for the price I paid in store since it was the same store location, same items, and the only reason I was returning them was because they were cheaper online, but when I returned them I was told they couldn't do that and they refunded me only the online price. Wish I would've called and know that you can't do something that simple, but they could've been more helpful and I'm disappointed with my experience. Lesson learned: if you have the time, CHECK ONLINE BEFORE YOU BUY IN STORE because chances are its cheaper online and they won't give you that price in store.

The clothes here all look the same, but it's not a bad look. I recommend you buy clothes here if you just want to have kind of a standard, casual look. Pretty easy to find this store, they made it very visible since it is a pretty popular store. The prices are a little bit high, but you can expect that from any mall. The inside of the actual store unit is slightly smaller, but not crowded. There's a lot of space in between the clothing racks and they have it well organized. It's not normally too crowded, and the staff is really nice.

Couldn’t put in my club Cali account by email last time. This time I got punished for not putting in my account and had to wait 30 minutes for a receipt. They tried to get me to get me to leave without one but I bought varying sizes and paid them. If I buy clothes and need a receipt give me one don’t blame it on me not putting in club Cali
