Ordered some shoes online and selected the store pick-up option, with DSW saying it will be ready within 2 hour and I would get a notification.nn4 hours later I called the store multiple times and every time I get a message saying its busy. So I called DSW cooperate number to see if they could figure it out, they also try to get ahold of the store and can't.nnAt this point I am frustrated and told the man on the phone to just cancel the order and refund my card. He asked me to wait longer so he could try the store again, I said no and to cancel my order, then the man hung up.nnI had to go to a store nearby anyway so I decided to stop in and explain what happened to the store manager. While she felt bad I was not pleased with her response. She told me the store phone was on her and she didn't notice the lack of calls all day, until I said something. She tried to make it right by giving me two $10 off coupons that are valid for like 10 days, for use on my next purchase..... thanks.
Great place to shop shoes. Clean, organized and reasonable pricing. Some shoes are overpriced but that is rare.
Nice selection of shoes I thought and between the Canton and Novi stores I got the right ones . Since it's my first purchase there was a nice discount
Staff was nice, they were a little busy, but kept the line moving nicely.
Clean very friendly & helpful staff. Some shoes are sized using centimeters and sales clerk was able to help me with shoe sizing and was very knowledgeable about shoes.
