In the store the day after Black Friday and neither employee has said anything to us, nor have they come out from behind the counter. The younger guy has his mask on, but the older lady has her mask down under her chin. The guy is at least looking around, but the older lady is staring at her phone like her life depends on it. The older lady finally stood up from the stool she has been sitting on, and put her mask over her face, when some other customers came to the counter. My family has been in the store, actively looking & trying shoes on, and still neither employee has talked to us. Older lady just walked out of the store, with her coat on, and mask back under her chin. Employees obviously don't care about customer service or safety!!

I was there earlier with my friend and our 2 boys, wanting to buy a pair of crocs for myself and for my boy. There were 3 employees sitting behind the cash register, all 3 of them were so engrossed with their cellular phones, that none of them even bothered to acknowledge the customers walking into the store. I was there for almost 30 mins and none of the 3 staffs even bothered to turned away from phone and get to work, there were a few customers and none of them were being served. I guess these 3 employees were hired to play on their phones than getting to work the real work. I’m really disappointed with their customer service, never again will I step into this store.

My girlfriend had an absolute blast at the Croc Store! The Lobster Crocs stole the show, this place deserves a 5/5
