Two stars for having a pretty good selection. I have asked for one thing they haven't had so far. I look for a variety of options for my dogs because they are a big chewers. My husband says he always feels uncomfortable there because they stare at him or watch him constantly and ask if he needs help multiple times. He thinks maybe they might have a stereotype against tattooed men. The main issue was our unpleasant experience today. I was looking at the himilayan chews or yak bones and noticed their prices were double that of an online site called chewy.com. I asked one of the employees if they were the same and they said yes and we do price matches so if I find it on the site they will match prices. So I got my phone out at check out and showed the other employee who told me no they can't match the price. ud83dude33

I love this place! They have everything I need for all my pets and with so many locations it makes it easy to get to. The staff is super knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions or give me great suggestions to help with my pets. My dog is older and not moving like he used to, they had me switch his food and I can see the difference. He loves his new food and he actually has a little more pep in his step! It's good to know they have dog wash stations, curbside pick up and delivery! Thank you to your whole team!

The staff here recommended me a product for my puppy’s rash before his vet appointment and it is almost all gone the next day. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Definitely Frank’s (my dog) favorite spot too
