I went to this branch with my husband and 3 kids ( 7 , 3 and 8 months ) . “Jonathan” was absolutely amazing. He was very thoughtful and easygoing. He brought some colors and coloring papers for the kids. One of the kids needed to go to the restroom and they opened them for us. I was very nervous having to go there with 3 kids. But every thing went smoothly.
Come on Bank of America you got people out here waiting with their babies freezing cold it is time you get back to work. we all have to work you're right across the street from a hospital how many banks are you going to keep closed. this is absurd start opening up your Banks or everybody's going to stop coming to yours

Wendy, Tikisha and the team are exceptional!! Everytime I go into the branch, there is someone there to greet me. All banking service and financials are top notch and professional. Been coming here for years and won't go anywhere else.
Bank of America Financial Center is a great bank to bank with. They offer checking, savings, notary, atm, & etc... The customer service in Novi location was great and helpful. The banker was very kind, nice, respectful and attentive to my father in laws needs. I recommend Bank of America to anyone.
