A Chinese-looking female employee was eavesdropping on my conversation with Michael, and she Laughed out loud when I said I'd rather walk-in to get service at my convenience than making an appointment. It was rude to laugh at your customer as if I had a stupid idea. Unprofessional.
Micheal Wolf was very helpful with opening up my bank account. I am very grateful for his help.
If I could give 0 stars to whoever answers the phone at this branch I would. Called to set up an appointment for an issue told me 3 times they cannot help me call the customer service number. And wouldn’t even let me explain that I had already called 4 times and they told me to go to a branch. Called another branch and they were absolutely amazing! Just don’t even bother with this branch... ridiculous!
Mr. Berry is great to work with and he's very helpful... He make's sure you understand everything n explain everything well
