I ordered a pair of shoes online - but they were sold out. I was called immediately by the shop so I was able to choose another color as the shoes were selling out quickly ( That was awesome service right there) Unfortunately there was a problem with UPS and this shipment was lost. The staff had such patience with me in communicating with UPS and I was refunded. I will definitely try another purchase in the Spring. This is an honest vendor with intelligent and diligent staff. Thank you.

Nice shoes, sandals, boots, for a reasonable price. Excellent customer service and very accommodating. Many many shoes to choose from, lack variety of colors though. A lot of their shoes, sandals, boots have tall heels and cater to the urban look. Not the show village from many years ago, where people came because they had shoes in whatever color you wanted. I did find 2 nice pair of shoes. Overall a nice place.

I ordered 3 pair of boots. All of them are super cute and this one particular boot is so hot. I found out that it was out of stock. I found out because... someone with (Great Customer Service) from Village Shoe Inn called and informed me that it was out of stock, when they would restock and told me a refund would be issued for the out of stock boot.nnAll BUSINESSES with no Customer Service!!!! Please take note of this company “Village Shoe INN”!! That’s how it should be done!!! This is a true business who cares about those spending money with them. Their boots are a little pricy, but worth it! Hands down!nnOn top of that... the two boots I received look just like the picture and arrived in a timely fashion. I’m so Happy I discovered this place! I will forever be a loyal customer. Thank you!!! If you haven’t, and you’re looking for good quality items SHOP HERE!!!
