My family came to this location to purchases shoes for the whole family. My daughter set her phone down and one fo the employees picked it up..... we also had another customer that saw the same thing. We asked for the cameras to be reviewed they were extremely rude about it and refused to help us. They claimed they weren’t working after we stated someone that works there took the phone. I tracked the phone and it was still at the store at 5:51pm I called the store and told them the phone was there still on and still ringing. They were no help BUT 2min after that phone call the phone was powered off and we could no longer track it. My mother and daughter were treated HORRIBLY and we will be contacting the corporate office until this situation is rectified! The workers always have attitudes they are always on their ear pods talking can’t tell if they are talking to you while ringing you up or on the phone. And they steal! Shoe depot has great deals but I will NEVER shop here again!
They have a wide variety of selections i went for some dress shoes and paid a nice price
Store was an absolute mess. Didn't have any slides. Only one person working and even when another staff member got there it didnt seem to change the super long wait time to check out.. Completely ridiculous. I was in line for over an hour waiting to check out...
WALK AWAY FROM HERE!!! I can’t believe someone can low class! How did she become a manager!!!
I don't like this shop and they don't have A good worker because I have something with some girl over there She said I don't care about the customer.
