This man was so nice in the beginning, he helped me with the shoes but was sure to tell me they were returnable within 30 days. I got them a couple of weeks before Christmas. They didn’t work out very well because they gave me a major cramp in my left leg. I got really sick on Christmas Day and when I TRIED to take them back it was right at the 30 days but he talked me into keeping them. They still haven’t worked for me. They are the worst money I have ever spent. Thanks for nothing John!!

These are the only shoes I've found that give me consistent relief for my knees standing on concrete all day!!!nnI've been coming here for 8 years now and the customer service is also incredible!!!nThe z- coils are pricey but they are well worth it... You get what you pay for.

I went in hoping for something that would help my back pain. I got these 3 days before leaving for Florida and walking 82,000+ steps in 4 days. My feet were a little sore but that’s to be expected especially breaking in new shoes. But my back felt great! These shoes are amazing and give me a little spring in my step, literally! The lady and gentleman I worked with were awesome! He called as soon as they came in the store. One shoe was squeaking, I went back in and they replaced the heel, no questions asked!

Our experience with this guy. He has proven to be very dishonest. We sold him our stock of ZCoil shoes for pennies on the dollar as well as paying ½ the freight to send them to him. HE set the payment schedule of full pmt. over a three month period. It has been 10 months to date, with several promises to pay in full, and now won't even return our emails. All I can tell you is be very careful with this guy.

The store is very clean and the manger is very polite. He makes sure that you shoe is perfect before you leave. I love the sandal quality as well.
