Absolutely wonderful. I was here on 3/12/2021 in the ER during the day. My nurse (normally works in ICU) was awesome. My Radiologist technician was so nice, helpful and made me feel comfortable! The doctor was great as well. And the second nurse who came in during my visit was so pleasant right from the start! I cannot say enough good things about my visit and will recommend!

Unless you want to be double billed and to provide proof to their billing department that you paid and later have the bill sent to a debt collector after being told you are all set, I highly recommend going to a different hospital. I double checked my EOB which confirmed the only charge I should have paid was the co-payment for my ER visit, which I paid on the date of my admission. Three months later I received a bill for the same amount I paid on the date of service. I disputed the bill and provided proof of payment to which I was told I was all set. 8 months later I received a notice from a debt collector that my unpaid bill had been sent to them. Again I submitted my proof of payment which was sent to the hospital and again they denied my receipt, credit card statement and EOB. At this point I have contacted a lawyer as I refuse to be double billed.

Went here last night due to post op pain from a gallbladder surgery and I couldn’t hold down anything. The dr that seen me could barely hold open his eyes while talking to me and kept shutting me off. The nurses up front were terrible. The customer service desk ladies were more worried about signing for theirnDoordash. They had the worse attitude and patient care ever. The only nice one was the ct lady last night. They treated me like I was an issue being there rather than a patient. Went to another hospital and found out my appendix were enlarged. And I have a post op infection. I wouldn’t take a stray animal here for help. This is the same hospital that overlooked a friend of mines appendix rupturing and sent them home. I worst experience ever!

Was billed for emergency room services, outpatient, during month of August. Bill exceeded seven thousand dollars. Problem was I was never there during August. When I asked for detailed billing, didn't receive one. Bill went to 2nd and 3rd notice all the while with me trying to explain their error. Finally took matter to MI Attorneys General where matter was finally dropped. Called my health insurer and explained what was happening. They sent matter to their Fraud Dept. and would not accept billing either. Seems the new owners want to pay off their mortgage early by fraud or whatever it takes

Great Customer Service and very controlled Covid-19 rules you must follow before leaving the front desk. Limited visiting hours right now.
