This is specifically for DSW.com, and NOT for my local store which is great. I ordered a pair of slippers for my spouse on 12/3 for Christmas this year from DSW.com. I understand that with everything going on this year, delivery is a mess, however, from the moment I placed the order, all it said was ‘processing’. This went on and on, I called customer service and never got through, and never received an update on shipping or anything. Well I ended up finding the exact item on Amazon and bought it there instead- so glad I did! Today, Dec 15th I got an email- my order was cancelled, stating it was no longer available. Why so long? Why no updated information until now? Just unacceptable. I will continue to shop at my local store, but never buying online from here again.
Not impressed. Macy's has a better selection and better prices. I can see this store closing.
