Still a friendly atmosphere. Cleaning boots is self serve. Or have to drop them off for service. It takes about 3 days to get them back.
The service you receive goes above and beyond what you would expect. The staff is always very helpful. Not only with new purchases but also with servicing boots for years after initial purchase.

Very poor service!! After standing at counter waiting for assistance I stopped a sales clerk (who got frustrated that I stopped him) asked him a question and said he was with someone and I had to wait my turn. After waiting I asked for a service and he informed me that it was not available. What could have taken a minute need up taking 20 minutes to find out that I couldn’t get anything done!! Wasted time!
