I have gotten cowboy boots from them twice now and the price was great $99.99 dollars. My first pair had a little brown mark that wasn't coming off before we bought them. They gave me a 10% discount. The ones I bought 1 - 5 - 2021 at Shoe Dep. Encore were also $99.99. Before we were going to buy a worker had buffed them out and gave me a 20% discount.
I love getting my shoes there and they last more then 3 months like some other stores
Shoe Department is a very wonderful store with a lot of different shoes, and other footwear to choose from.nThere has not been a time that I have gone there, and left disappointed. I went in this time to get my first pair of Doc Martin boots in like 10 years, and they were easy to find. I did only find a few pairs at first to choose from, but they had more on the other wall. It was a very quick purchase as well. From the time I went into the store until the time I was at checkout, it was only like 15 minutes.nI have heard that Birchwood Mall may be closing soon, so hopefully this great store moves somewhere else in town. I will definitely miss it if it does not.
Nice store with a great selection of shoes/boots for the whole family. They got kid shoes/boots, womens, mens, purses and all. Neat and organized. Friendly greeting from sales associates.
Good variety of products,didn't have what I was looking for in store but ordered it from warehouse sent to my door within 2 days great service,will return.
