Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. I bought my first pair last year and going back again. They take their time with you no matter how many shoes you ask to try on. They never make you feel like you’re a bother.
Exceptional service! Becky bent over backwards to fit my daughter and myself properly. She watched us walk in the shoes and made sure they were precisely what we needed to help our plantar fasciitis. We probably tried on 15 pairs! She made sure we loved the style and were completely satisfied. The store is Covid safe with masked employees, sanitizer, a brief sign in, and chairs cleaned and marked.
I would highly recommend the cobblers bench in Frankenmuth. To anyone who is having foot problems.
I would never spend money at this store. We went there at 1:50 pm and they were closed when they both said on the phone as we approached the store 5hst they close at 2:00pm. The door said 2:00 also. They would nor let us in even though not 2 yet. We traveled from out of state. In believable how they ignorded us... and then a woman walked up to the door and was just shaking her head. What happened to customer service?
