Clean store, good selection. The staff was VERY friendly so that was nice. I thought I would find more deals though being an outlet. Looked like a normal famous footwear to me. I love Van's shoes and their deals were pretty standard on what you find at any store. This store is not close to me I came to visit birch run for the first time. I would not come back just for this store though. I am pretty sure that my local famous footwear has a bigger clearance rack then this one does. I'm still giving 4 stars because it was a good store just not really deals like I thought I would find.
The only reason I went here was because the Nike outlet closed before this place but I thought I'd give it a try first. When I walked in there wasn't an employee in sight and I had to literally go track somebody down to pull down a pair of shoes that were all the way at the top and then they had an attitude about it. If I knew where the ladder was I would have gotten them down myself before I dealt with that attitude. They still had 45 minutes before close time. Will definitely never shop here again. The prices were not great either. If you want an in and out experience with no help at all & you could care less about the price then this is a place for you. Don't expect your check out experience to be a pleasurable one with a smile though.
So many styles to choose from!! Nice clean store, friendly staff. You can always find a confortable pair of shoes here.
