My whole family has gone here for over 10 years. We first started coming there when Dr. Petal. Was there. And I loved it. We always got the help you need and he seam to really care for his patient. When he left we had to switch to Dr. Hasume. Witch was a awesome Doctor. I loved him so much I got my mother to come to this place. But let me tell you this place has went down hill fast since he left to Ohio a year and half ago or so. Now you dont get good care here any more. In fact I have left this office my mother in law has left. My husband and kids have left. And now my mom is done going there also. They could care less about your health. It's all a paycheck to them. I would not take my dog there. If that tells you anything. They dont have a problem with you sitting in the waiting room for 15 to 20 mins. But dont be 11 mins late. Even after you call them 2 times to make sure they would still see her. Tell her you cant see her today. When you no she cant pee with out it hurting her so bad. It would have taken you 10 maybe 15 minutes. But no I would hate to cut into your lunch by 5 minutes. This place is a joke and I will never be back at this place ever again. Never ever! You have lost a family for a life time. And the truth is you probably dont even care.

I have Belinda Brice and she is amazing and so is her nurse, whenever I go in they treat me as soon as possible even if I did not have a scheduled appointment. They are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I used to go to McLaren but I will never go anywhere besides st. Mary's now. Thank you Belinda for all the help!

I have been going here for years.. Dr ordered multiple tests. Had a test done at end of June. Called office multiple times for results also called specialist i went to for test. No call back from either... Very very very disappointed. Will go higher and report

Everyone at this facility is very helpful friendly and truly concerned about your health period from the providers to the nurse practitioners to the staff to the physical therapy department. They truly are about taking care of their patients. It might be a little late because of providers are so good they are worth waiting for
