Thought id try this place because its new and I've never herd of it. Walked in and was greeted with ignorance. 3 female workers all standing elbow to elbow with their masks down until I opened the door. Sop as I walked into the door they said I need a mask to shop there. I explained I have a breathing issue and cant wear it do to heavy asthma. They said, They dont know if I'm lying or not because I dont have a medical sticker on my shirt which states I dont need a mask. I asked if I was suppose to have it on every shirt because the law states you arent allowed to be questioned about it as uts against hippa. Even tho I explained myself and disnt need to. I was told I can buy a mask from them if I want to shop. 1st visit here and I will Not be returning!nnNow mind you I have had to work this entire epidemic without any kind of benefits, I should be able to go get some new boots without any issues.
Very impressed. Wish I knew the gentleman helping me today. I think he was the manager as he travels a lot. I asked for a shoe in black and he found a pair in Grand Rapids. He told me that he will pick them up and deliver them to the Holland location in just a few days. Wow, customer service going above and beyond. Five stars! The shoes/boots are very affordable and there is something for everyone and for any occasion.

Drove 45 minutes to find out the hours on your website are wrong. Disappointing to travel and find locked doors.
Large selection of of quality brand footwear for the whole family, that’s not overpriced and did have sales. The staff was very friendly and helped if needed. This area needed a store like this, I’m glad it’s here.
