The most professional staff you will ever meet. They care about their patients. They have went above and beyond their responsibilities in order to obtain the medication I needed. My son first started with Dr Aurora and now I am also his patient. Wish there was 6 stars . ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

After nearly 3 months from initial appointment and tests and no communication from Richmond office my injections/med was discovered at the office during follow up visit.nThis was after discussing why I was there with the rude receptionist for several minutes. They had charged me for medicine 6 weeks prior and held it there without notifying me for over a month. I retrieved the medicine to take to mynGP DR for weekly injections. I just did not feel comfortable dealing with rude support staff taking weekly injections for next year. I recommend staff PR retraining for office staff at this office.

Being in the medical field myself I am very picky about who I choose for my family. I go even further for my son. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dyer. My son is going through immunotherapy and he's great with shots, the staff is patient with him which is great because he's 5. Having injections several times a week can be sometimes stressful for a 5 year old. I have had to take my son to the ER a few times to for a mystery food allergy as well, I have had Dr Dyer get him back in and we were able to get it figured out rather quickly. If I have needed support for my son's allergy needs the office staff and Dr. Dyer has always been wonderful. They don't treat you like an insurance company number which is always the first thing I look for in when moved here. The second thing was how knowledgeable Dr Dyer is and the fact she is always willing to listen to me when it came to my concerns as a parent. It's rare to find that.
