Took shoes in to be cleaned 3 days in advance. Was quoted one price but charged for another, also was informed to pick up the shoes on the given date promised and the employee spent almost 15mins looking for them. When found shoes were nearly not finished cleaning. Given a very unacceptable excuse on why they weren't ready and was told to come the next business day to pick them up. I am so glad that there is a place like this!!! I have so many shoes, and once they get dirty I usually toss them. I went to the shoe doctor to give them a try because I was tired of wasting hundreds of dollars on shoes. So I brought my Jordan 1s, Nike sbs, and some Jordan 4s. I got the deep clean (32$ Per pair), and I was really shocked on the turnaround( 3 days). I received a text when my shoes were done, which is very professional. I was so happy with how clean they came back. I was nervous at first but I for-sure will be back with more shoes!!nThank you shoe doctor!!n(Amazing customer service!)
Don’t waste your time just wipe your shoes off at home cause that’s pretty much all they’re going to do. They may be good at cleaning brand new shoes with fresh dirt and spills but anything older than a week it’s over. Went with 15 pair of designer shoes and out of the 15 they said only 10 would come back clean so I appreciated the honesty and I figured this was a good decision. Picked up the 10 they were suppose to clean and they look terrible as if nothing was done. A couple pair look worse than they did when I took them in. Basically it’s a waste of time.
If I could give them “0 stars” I would. They are so unprofessional it’s incredible. Don’t even waste your time.
