Billing scam here! Came in for an office visit and they CHARGED IT LIKE I WAS VISITING A HOSPITAL. No kidding! It was a simple office visit that required no labs, tests, bloodwork anything!! A few bandages and an antibiotic. We had just switched to their office and as soon as we got the multiple bills that went along with a simple office visit we switched to somewhere else immediately. Called and talked to billing and they said they charge the building like it is a hospital, very convenient for them so they can price gouge. Can't wait until there are laws against this kind of thievery. They let us know Henry Ford does this for every facility!!nnThe building seems old too, it's not a hospital as far as I could tell and the rooms were very small. The doctor was friendly and decent however, when I called back a few days later uncertain it my problem was resolved they did not call me back for 2 days saying she could not see me because of her schedule and to just go to urgent care. Seemed unprofessional and that she was brushing me off without the proper follow-up.nnUPDATE: I did talk to the complaint hotline that the owner posted on my review. They assured me that they DO INDEED bill every visit as hospital services, even though I had not sought care from a hospital and owe hundreds of dollars for a simple office visit. STAY AWAY IF YOU PAY YOUR OWN MEDICAL BILLS it's a scam as I already stated and my family will never seek care at another Henry Ford anything.

Dr. Daiza is amazing! Kind, considerate and makes you feel very comfortable talking to her. I highly recommend her and this office.

Dr . Meyer is the best Doctor! She takes her time and listens . Not to mention. She thinks outside the box. If you want a 15 min Dr go to urgent care. I rather wait for a good Doctor.
