I brought my mom here for a CT scan on 6/10. Looking at the reviews beforehand i was very concerned i honestly did not know what ti expect.nnPulling into the main entrance i noticed the hospital was exceptionally clean, As soon as we sat down with the person checking us in all my concerns were gone. Everyone from the check in to the CT tech at the end were the most professional and courteous people i have ever seen and had the pleasure of meeting.nnI told the CT tech that my mom has severe anxiety from these machines and she went out of her way to make sure she was comfortable, This hospital should be an example of how staff should act. They honestly need to be recognized for this type of treatment. I now understand that the reviews(negative) for this hospital must be all from the ER which if you think about it no one ever has anything nice to say about an ER it is an emergency and they are in pain after all.

I just delivered my daughter on 1/13 had a c-section. EVERYONE ON LABOR AND DELIVERY WAS AWSOME. I was so scared to have my surgery but they made me feel safe and secure I even exchanged numbers with one of the nurses GREAT JOB LADIES ud83dudc4dud83cudffcud83dudc4dud83cudffcud83dudc4dud83cudffcud83dudc4dud83cudffcud83dudc4dud83cudffcud83dudc4dud83cudffcud83dudc4dud83cudffc

Went to the doctor on 4/18/2019. Gave them my insurance card, which they took a scan off. They billed my insurance company with the wrong member ID. I’ve called numerous times and they claim they’ve change the member number BUT THEY DON’T. And they keep billing my insurance through the wrong member ID for OVER A YEAR! This will probably end up on my credit report and won’t go away for 7 years. HORRIBLE!! Stay far away!!!!!nnUpdate -12/20/20 - I contacted the email address that was left by DMC and haven’t gotten a response. They have also deleted their response from my review. Disappointing but I’m not surprised.
