Ordered shoes for a gift!! Used the website!! 1st time they spent a conformation email that said the conformation number of order, 2 weeks later received a email that said there was problem with my credit card. I had no issues with that card ever and there was pleanty of money in the account to pay for the shoes. So I reordered the shoes, but this time was not given the buy one get one 50% deal. Called customers service. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes finally spoke with someone. She was kind enough to cancel the shoes then reorder them and give me the deal. When the shoes arrived they were the wrong shoes. These shoes were a gift for my boyfriend for his birthday. I was so upset and gave them anyway. The website is horrible and gives you options. I will be returning the shoes and will never purchase from the store again. My boyfriend as well who has spent lots of money over the years at aldo will no longer purchase shoes from the store as well due to the aggravation I went through.nHorrible... very disappointed..
I have been calling the store for 2 days and no answer. I know they cant be that busy. Because of Covid, so many people are allowed in the store.
I ordered boots online and I was sent one new boot and one that was a display model went to the store and exchanged them for another pair that got shipped to my house and I have the same issue. What a joke. Like the employees packing the boxes don't know what they're doing.
