I recently went to this store to return an online purchase. Well maintained store. Good store and helpful staff! I was helped by Stacy and another lady regarding the returns and a new purchase. Great service and good sale
Visiting my local jcrew at somerset troy yesterday and I have to share my experience. I have had mostly good experiences here. But this last visit was awful.nI browsed the store for something looking at a few things that interested me. When I found a sweater I liked I asked if there were any other sizes. As there were only s and XS on the table. One woman said no we only have more s and xs. Another woman started laughing out loud. Repeating her response and laughing continuously . She never made eye contact but the looks and smirks continued as I looked around some more and were obvious. I was uncomfortable and left the store. They were all employees I was not sure what was going on but it was not customer service I am used to.I felt terrible that I was a victim of high school behavior. Sad considering I am a really good long time customer. And I will ad that I’m a mother of three daughters and taught them that this is rude and bullying.
