The female manager is very unprofessional. She is holding shoes that are supposed to be sold. Your company will lose money with her attitude or end up with a lawsuit. She charged my card and then told us see couldn't sell us the shoes now the police are getting contacted as my bank is stepping in. Don't play with my money. Please review the cameras for today and look at how sad she looked throwing shoes and running her mouth.
Unprofessional staff. Charod who was working at the register can't even make eye contact when I ask her a question. She was acting like a smart alec when i asked questions as well. Too busy looking at her phone when i ask a question. Learn better customer service. You're not better than anybody walking through the door. Rude and unprofessional. Go to snipes or foot locker next door.
Rude staff. Employee angrily told me to put on a mask, then angrily told me to leave for not wearing a mask even after I explained to her that I’m medically intolerant of masks.
Unprofessional staff girl with short brown hair had an attitude when I asked her about shoe sizes told me no and I’m not gonna look for you either honestly she needs to be let go every time I’m there she always has a TERRIBLE attitude!
Very over priced store. Would recommend shopping around for best prices.
